What load are you carrying along?

Actually, really lucky is this guy in the picture below simply because he gets to carry all his load on his old scooter and possibly has some thrill as well in the process.

Of course, we aren't speaking here about the traffic hazard that he may be presenting to himself and others.🤞😊



Now the question: 

What load are you carrying with you?

1. "WHY ME?" This is my question to God.

Set 2:
2. I am disappointed with myself. I could have been someone totally different.

14. It's a pressure cooker life. (Due to.....)

15. No quality of life - too many health issues!!!

Which of the above statements seems most relevant for your situation?

Whatever that is, here is how each can be resolved.

Set 1 is what scientists call spiritual distress. If truly grave then may require psychatric / therapy support.

Otherwise, for such individuals study of scriptures such as Bhagavad Gita shall prove to be ideal. 

With support from a proper teacher such people can not only find answers to their questions but also find a renewed purpose of life for themselves.

Set 2 statement once again may demand therapy support if it has already resulted into a grave situation.

Otherwise, with the help of regular practice of meditation, these distressful questions can be gradually diluted.

Set 3 individuals would do best by incorporating new healthy habits into their lifestyle.

Anything... from music, art, sports, gym, running, dance, cooking, trekking, etc.... shall prove to be helpful.

Basically, new habits shall bring in your life new people and that would break the old patterns.

Set 4 problems may demand learning new skills, gaining new professional qualifications, etc. These problems relate to security and saftey concerns - meaning concerns for the present and the future.

Therefore, one has to do things that shall help them feel more confident from within in the social sense.

Finally, SET 1: HATH YOGA is the ideal answer. Start with it and then pick up anything that seems relevant from the list already mentioned above.

Lastly, if still feeling confused then, remember that Bhagavad Gita and Meditation would help in every situation.

Therefore, hesitate not... move ahead and learn.
